Our massage staff practice a wide variety of therapies, one of which will be right for you:

Massage Policy:  All massages must be confirmed by 9:00 AM on the day prior to the appointment time.  Patients will be responsible for payment for missed massages or massage appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time.

Ade Collman, LMT, LAc.

Specializing in medical and deep tissue massage, acupressure. Additionally, Ade is a licensed acupuncturist.

Ade is a graduate of the Swedish Institute with multiple degrees, including an Associates’ in Massage Therapy, Bachelor of Professional Studies, and a Master of Science in Acupuncture. For over 20 years, Ade has grown his practice by providing programs unique to the individual, designed to facilitate balance in the body. Drawing from his expertise in techniques including acupressure, Tuina/Chinese Massage, Myofascial Release, trigger point, cupping and aided stretching, Ade uses a customized approach for each client. “My goal is use a variety of techniques tailored for each client, quickly and effectively providing them with profound relief.”

Vanessa Khan-Damon, LMT, A.A.S.

Specializing in Swedish and pre/postnatal massage.

Vanessa is a 1992 graduate of The Swedish Institute. In addition, she holds an Associates Degree in Applied Science in Business Administration. Vanessa prides herself on being friendly and outgoing and helping to make both regular and first-time massage clients comfortable and at ease. In her many years as a massage therapist in health clubs and private practice, she has helped people recover from various different injuries and surgeries, including knee, ankle, hip and back. Vanessa also works with women recovering from breast cancer and mastectomies. Vanessa’s specialties are Swedish massage and pre-/post-natal massage. “My career as a massage therapist has been a rich and joyous one, and I am happy to cater to my clients needs and comfort level.”

Loren Metcalf, MA, LMT

Specializing in therapeutic, medical Swedish massage for the treatment of soft tissue conditions.

Loren is a graduate of the Swedish Institute for Massage Therapy, and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) with over 1,200 hours in training in the treatment of soft tissues conditions. Loren has a thorough understanding of the efficacy of massage therapy as a viable mode of health care. His focus on Swedish medical massage, assessment of soft tissue conditions, clinical strategies, and palpation make him an excellent partner in care.                                                                                     

Khadija Tudor, LMT

Specializing in deep tissue, sports, and medical massage.

Khadija is a graduate of the Swedish Institute Health and Science College in New York City. Khadija practices Therapeutic massage through an approach that focuses on relaxation as a tool for easing pain. Her understanding that an empowered life is one that is lived with the familiarity of touch guides her practice. Khadija’s professional experience ranges from spas to medical offices where her intuitive, caring demeanor helps people recovering from injuries and dealing with chronic physical and emotional pain. “I create a place of trust and calm assurance where true healing can begin.”
